What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with several courier services, including FedEx, DHL, UPS and PostNord. We will select the carrier for your purchase based on the item’s origin and shipping destination, as well as any special packaging and handling requirements. Please let us know if you have your own account number with any of above. We can send collect as well.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 10 business days. However, the processing and shipping times vary according to the purchased item, its origin, and the packing and shipping destination. You will receive a shipment confirmation by email with the tracking number. You can also check the status of your shipment by using the tracking number with the selected courier carrier.

Can I combine my orders into a single shipment?

Typically, we cannot combine multiple items into a single shipment as our art pieces have to be protected individually and may be shipped from different locations. If you have any questions about multiple shipments, please email rolecofineart@gmail.com.

Can I return my order?

All sales are considered final. We are unable to accept the return of any art piece except in the case of damage during shipment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We wrap your items very carefully to prevent them from being damaged during shipment. However, should you receive a damaged art piece, please contact us by email to rolecofineart@gmail within 3 days of receipt. Please provide us with your name, order number, photographs of the damaged item and a description detailing the damage to the art piece. We will contact you and provide information on the steps to take. For any other enquiries, please contact us at rolecofineart@gmail.com. All sales are considered final. We are unable to accept the return of any art piece except in the case of damage during shipment.
